We are a relaxed, friendly, family church situated near to the entrance to Stanley Park. You can find us near the junction of Forest Gate/ Mere Road/ Whitegate Drive/ Hornby Road. We are tucked in just behind the 3 storey block of apartments on the corner of Forest Gate. We follow Baptist principles and are still very much an 'Open Membership' church. We are a local church serving the needs of people of all ages and seeking to: "Build here for the Future of Community, Church and Kingdom". WORSHIP TIMES: Sunday 10.45am and 6.30pm (Junior Church commences at 10.30am). Holy Communion is taken during the first Sunday morning & third Sunday evening acts of worship (and the table is open to ALL who know Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour). Marriages, Funerals, Child Blessing and Dedication services by arrangement with the Minister or Life Deacons. CHURCH NIGHT: is on a Wednesday and you should look at The Tower or Late News for details and location of the meeting or gathering. CHURCH DAY: is on a Thursday with a relaxed, drop-in, Prayer and Share style gathering from 12 noon to 1.30pm. |
